Many computer problems can be diagnosed and resolved remotely which allows for faster resolution and lower costs for our clients.

As of July 1, 2009 we have begun offering this service.  We will be beta testing remote access tools throughout the summer before we decide on a long term commitment on any one particular tool.

We are also offerring discounted remote access only service contracts during this period.   Look for us to start adding more features and support options in the coming days and weeks.  If you are interested in being a remote support beta client, contact us here.
